A club where I serve as area director invited me to give a speech. They wanted me to talk about the different officer roles of a club. And if I could motivate the club members to sign up for the officer roles, it would be cherry on the top.

Below is the presentation/speech I prepared in about 3 hours last Friday morning. I tried to use as many practical examples as possible to describe the growth opportunities of taking the role.
