I recently started making my own muffins to savor them as breakfast. After baking the first set, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty they turned out to be.
My current diet consists of high protein, so this one’s definitely protein packed.

Ingredients
I mass cook muffins, the quantity I make is good enough for 4 breakfasts. Total 24 muffins in total.
- 700 gm Egg whites – 380 calories / 75 gm protein
- 120 gm Oats – 450 calories / 15 gm protein
- 2 Banana – 200 calories / 3 gm protein
- 3 Cocoa powder – 30 calories / 3 gm protein
- 4 Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancake mix – 800 calories / 56 gm protein
- 1 Almond milk – 30 calories / 1 gm protein
- 2 Chocolate chips – 100 calories / 2 gm protein
- 3 Scoop Whey protein – 360 calories / 75 gm protein
- 1 Peanut butter powder – 70 calories / 8 gm protein
- 1 tbsp Coffee
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 100 ml Pancake syrup
Cooking guidelines
- Mix all above in grinder
- Spray Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the baking tray
- Fill baking slots to 75%
- Bake for 20 mins @ 380 F temp

- 2400 calories total / 240 gm protein total / 24 muffins total
- 100 calories per muffin / 10 gm protein
