Khuniya Mahadev Falls Near Pavagadh, Vadodara
Khuniya Mahadev Waterfall is situated near Pavagadh behind a temple of Mahadev temple. The place is not so popular and very few people visit it. If you're on the trip to Pavagadh then after your descend from the top, you may visit this place.
![Today is 500 day mark since I started taking health, fitness and nutrition seriously.
There are hardly any days where I missed gym or missed being active. After repeated failed fitness attempts of yesteryears, this time I finally struck consistency. Extremely glad and fingers crossed to extend the 500 days to forever.

Reasons for consistency being
- Rapid visible physique change in first 6 months, this became self propelling driver
- Easy to access gym in my apartment community
- Working out with like-minded and extremely motivated folks (@arjunkholia, @i.m.vivek)
- Collecting data, data and more data. Setting goals for every 3 months and based on data analysis, taking actions for next 3.
- No rigid food restrictions and cooking goddamn tasty food. Prioritizing social life over abs.

Last 6 months however were quite stagnant due to traveling. I was still active during travels, it was hard to balance diet. The impact of travels is so much that there's a clear pattern in the strength graph. Strength inevitably goes down in V shape after every trip.

This year I've ambitious goal of getting to 1000 pounds club [bench press + deadlift + squat]. At half way now. Ref. 2nd photo in this post corousel.
To get there, I need to build a fair amount of muscles. For which I'm super excited about! Gaining muscles would most likely come with gaining a layers of fat.
