As part of my fitness goals, 6 Packs Transformation, I was looking out to enjoy Paneer while keeping excellent protein nutrition profile. So I set out to make my own Paneer! Here’re the details.

My 20 mins modified process
Since I don’t have much time, this is my 20 mins process.
- Get non fat milk, empty into big container, bring it to boil while stirring gently
- Let it cool down for 2 mins
- Add vinegar / lemon juice while stirring slowly. Solid crumbles will start to form. Keep stirring for 5 mins
- Drain the water
- It’s ready!
30 gm Paneer / 1 serving / 40 calories
7 gm protein
2 gm carbs
0 gm fat
1 gallon = 3.8 ltrs = yield of 15 servings
